Fielding Huseth is an Associate Moore & Van Allen’s Charlotte office. Fielding has assisted in representing individuals and companies in investigations led by the SEC, DOJ (Main Justice and U.S. Attorney’s Offices), CFTC, FTC, and state regulators and prosecutors’ offices. Before joining Moore & Van Allen, Fielding was an enforcement attorney for the New York State Department of Financial Services. He also gained important experience working for a prominent white collar litigation boutique in New York City.
